PRE-ORDER INFO
Pre-Orders
At DND, all collections are released through limited-time preorder drops rather than being permanently stocked.
This approach allows us to minimise waste, maintain the highest quality standards, and produce only what has been ordered.
The estimated preorder dispatch date will always be displayed on each product page. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery will follow the express shipping timeframes listed in our Shipping Information.
While we strive to dispatch all orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional manufacturing or shipping delays may occur. Should this happen, we will notify customers promptly with an updated dispatch estimate.
If your order contains items from different preorder drops, your order may be held until all items are ready for dispatch.
Pre-Order Changes & Cancellations
As every DND collection is produced specifically for each preorder drop and in limited quantities, all orders are considered final.
Order Cancellations
- Preorders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order.
- After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled as production planning has commenced.
Address Changes
- Shipping address changes can be requested within 14 days of placing your order.
- After this period, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be accommodated.
Order Changes
To ensure accurate production and inventory planning, we are unable to make changes to:
- Size
- Colour
- Style
- Items ordered
As our products are manufactured based on preorder demand, these changes cannot be made once an order has been placed.
