Products & Availability

DND Active operates through limited-time preorder and restock drops.

As a result:

  • Products are available only while the preorder or restock window is open.

  • Product availability is not guaranteed after a drop closes.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

  • We may discontinue products at any time without notice.

We make every effort to accurately display our products, colours and descriptions. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the selected currency and are subject to change without notice.

Prices do not include customs duties, import taxes or other government charges that may apply in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order where we believe there has been:

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Pricing or website errors

  • Unauthorised resale

  • A breach of these Terms

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Preorders

All DND Active collections are released through preorder drops.

Estimated dispatch dates are displayed on each product page. These dates are estimates only and may occasionally change due to manufacturing, freight, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If delays occur, we will communicate updated dispatch information as soon as reasonably possible.

By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept these estimated dispatch timeframes.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our limited preorder business model:

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Shipping address changes may be requested within 14 days of placing your order.

  • Size, colour, style or item changes are not permitted once an order has been placed.

  • After the cancellation window has passed, all orders are final.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes displayed on our website are estimates only and begin once your preorder has been dispatched.

DND Active is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing

  • Courier delays

  • Weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
