At DND, every order is shipped directly from our manufacturing facility. This allows our team to complete a final quality control inspection before dispatch, ensuring your order arrives in the best possible condition.

Lost, Stolen & Delivered Parcels
All DND orders are shipped with tracked express shipping, and proof of delivery is generally provided by the shipping carrier.
A parcel may be marked as delivered when:
- Signed for by the recipient;
- Left at a local post office or collection point; or
- Placed in a location deemed safe by the local courier.
Delivery procedures vary by country and local courier and cannot be guaranteed or specified in advance.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate and secure shipping address. Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, DND Active is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or misplaced after delivery.
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit before delivery, please contact support@dndheractive.com, and we'll happily assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.
